WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Digital Marketing and eCommerce team are looking for someone who can add their market knowledge along with that fire and desire, to join the Searchability training programme and get up to speed on specific markets within Digital & eCommerce. You’ll be learning how to use technologies including LinkedIn, Bullhorn, Sourcebreaker, Logic Melon and the greatest tool of them all - THE TELEPHONE. You’ll need to be a fast-learner and have the ability to put your new-found knowledge into practice quickly, as your role as a Trainee Digital Recruiter will see you speaking to candidates and large clients, both digitally and over the phone from your very first day with us. You’ll immerse yourself into your market completely, and you’ll need to explore the best ways to find the right candidates for the roles you are assigned and support the senior recruitment consultants in the day-to-day life at Searchability. We are working with some of the biggest clients in the UK with extensive recruitment requirements, so the training scheme will offer a number of paths to progress into dedicated recruitment manager roles in the future.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• A career minded personality
• Excellent grammar and a keen eye for detail
• Previous B2B sales experience
• Good understanding of Marketing, eCommerce and IT
• Creative approach to work with the ability to shake things up and innovate
• Commutable distance to Chester City Centre
• Confidence and perseverance
• The motivation to succeed and not give up
• The ability to flex to longer hours outside your standard 8:30-5:30 working day

IT’S NICE TO HAVE…

• A driving licence
• Degree within marketing or business management
