Founded in 2012 in the UK, Searchability set out to disrupt the traditional recruitment market and do things a little differently to help companies attract the very best tech talent. We are IT Recruiters based within the beautiful city of Chester! Our mission is to advance our RECOsystem to transform the way candidates and companies connect across the globe. By integrating processes and tech into the entire recruitment lifecycle, we provide the edge on opportunities for both candidates and companies. Our RECOsystem is a unique blend of recruitment services.

Driven by our internal brands within The Searchability Group: We have Searchability for global tech recruitment, NS&D for national security and defence, Klickstarters for grads and entry-level recruitment, Scalability for recruitment and employer brand subscriptions and JobHoller for employer brand consultancy and tech.

We are driven by a number of core values at Searchability, including our entrepreneurial spirit, our genuine passion for technology, our ambition and ability to stay humble, but it all boils down to our main core value ‘Be Sound’. To be sound usually refers to someone who willingly does something positive for somebody else, asked or not, although usually unexpected. Alternatively, "sound" can be used as an adjective to describe a genuine, nice person. We understand that engagement is key to future success, and it starts with transforming the way companies and candidates attract and interact with each other.
