An enthusiastic individual who would like to work with the business, systems and data to deliver a top quality product and service.
What will you do be doing?
- Providing day to day support with a pragmatic approach
- Developing and maintaining reports (TSQL/Reporting services)
- Documenting and reviewing business processes and guidelines
- Assist with the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- User acceptance testing (Static/Automated)
- Working with IT development teams and tracking tools ( e.g. JIRA)
What do you need?
- Query language experience (TSQL)
- Degree 2:1 or higher (preferred but not limited to business and computing)
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Attention to detail, well organised and good at record keeping
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring skills
- Must have a good customer service ethic and team player.
What we would like you to have? (Not a deal-breaker!)
- 1 years experience (This can include industrial placement year)
- Reporting services
- Insurance knowledge
- Experience with Automated testing tools
- Development methodologies
- E Marketing
- E Commerce
