Software Sales B2B - Business Development Manager – FIELD BASED / DIGITAL / HR / RECRUITMENT
Due to the launch of a brand new concept in Recruitment, we are looking for a experienced Software Sales Consultant / Digital Business Development Manager to join the team here at JobHoller in Chester City Centre.
You will be a consultative Digital Sales Professional with a strong track record of new business sales of Software & Digital solutions into the HR & Recruitment markets of corporates and SMEs alike. You must be able to manage the complete sales process from initial identification of a prospect, through scoping requirements to successful contract negotiation and close. Who are you?
- You are ambitious, driven, creative, resilient and tenacious.
- You have at least 2 years experience of selling cloud based solution into SMEs and Corporates, ideally within the Recruitment / HR / Marketing space.
- You are a consultative salesperson used to dealing with a multi stage sale with deal values from anywhere from £1k up to £50k.
- You are comfortable presenting and demonstrating concepts at Director Level.
- You are capable of creating new opportunities, identifying prospects and closing business.
- You are operational, commercially aware and understand full business process.
Genuinely, there is no ceiling in this role. This is a brand new product & concept built using the latest technology. We need someone who can share in the products potential to help companies of all shapes and sizes harness the power of their Employer Brand to help streamline their recruitment process. Backed by a team of industry experts that specialise in Social Media, Marketing, Technology & Recruitment you will be the first Sales person introducing the JobHoller proposition into the UK market.
There will be an excellent salary and commission structure on offer for the right candidate with OTE of up to £50k in year one. The role will be split between the office and field based which will cover the whole of the UK. A pool car will be available for the successful candidate.
