Founded in 2012, we have grown substantially over the last few years and now employ 30+ people and work with some of the UK’s biggest clients within Tech Digital to help find them the best people for their teams. To help support our continued success and growth we are looking for someone with a great work-ethic, good organisational skills and customer service experience to join us as an Office Administrator. You will be joining a fast-paced environment with a fun and social culture, with plenty of company events including our #FirstFriday parties, Chester Race Days and even trips abroad with the team. 


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will ensure all aspects of office life at Searchability run smoothly for the team, which will include core admin responsibilities such as: banking, reconciliation and petty cash management, general office housekeeping, organising meetings, database management, GDPR management, database refreshing, quality control, stock ordering, general IT maintenance as well as social media management. Whilst managing your daily admin duties you’ll need to be able to flex in your role as well to manage ad-hoc requests such as event organising, booking hotels / trips and other tasks to support the wider office function. You’ll need solid Microsoft Office skills, and to be open to learn new platforms as you will receive training on multiple software systems that we use internally at Searchability. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

  • Great organisation and time management
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • A “can-do” attitude and great work ethic


IT’S NICE TO HAVE…

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator
  • Previous experience in customer service
