ABOUT SEARCHABILITY

Founded in 2012, The Searchability Group started life as a specialist IT and Digital Recruitment Agency (Searchability) and now features a number of brands within the recruitment and employer branding sector (JobHoller, Hirecracker, Klickstarters). WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

We are looking for someone with great data administration and customer services to support a number of projects across our Searchability, Hirecracker, Klickstarters and JobHoller brands. You will take ownership of our newly launched “candidate care” scheme, reaching out to candidates and clients via phone and email to ensure we maintain the highest standard of service for the group. You will also support our group marketing team in the population of data in client marketing materials, and performing a variety of administrative duties across our CRM and email marketing platform. You will need to have a great eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time and responsibilities whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer facing / data focused / administrative role is essential as we are looking for someone with great initiative who can hit the ground running in this important role. Any experience using the following tools is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given across: Bullhorn, Herefish, Cube19, Canva, LinkedIn Talent Insights. As long as you have the desire to learn and a great attitude we can provide the support to help you learn!


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A keen eye for detail and impeccable grammar
  • Ability to be customer facing via phone and email
  • The ability to work in Chester City Centre – core hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Thursday and 8.30am-5pm Friday, but some flexibility may be required dependant on workload
  • Time management skills, initiative and ability to work at a fast pace
  • Experience in customer services / data administration / CRM management

  • Experience using Canva
  • Experience with GDPR and data compliance
