We are currently expanding our wonderful team and seeking a passionate Business Development professional to help us really make a difference in our client’s recruitment process.


Since our inception in 2012 we have consistently strived to change the recruiting landscape for the better. Over the last 11 years we have been reengineering how a recruitment process should work which has resulted in successful 7 sub-brand launches all of which give extra added value to the end client and candidate by using pioneering proprietary tech and good old fashioned excellent customer service.


We have also just launched our brand new Sydney office down under to compliment our Amsterdam & Austin, Tx offices. Things are moving very quickly & we need someone that shares that global vision.

Your Role as a Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential clients and establishing meaningful connections to showcase our enviable portfolio of market leading products & services.
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with our talented consultants to ensure aggressive targets are met on behalf of our clients.
  • Contributing to the growth strategy and actively participating in team initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Passion for building relationships and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is essential.
