Due to the growth, we are currently looking to expand our team further by appointing an Application Support Analyst.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member on the Application Support team, you will address application incidents and minor enhancement requests. You will be provisioning second level technical support to resolve application incidents and you will be liaising with business users to manage support calls and requests. You will be designing and building appropriate technical solutions whilst also ensuring that all solutions are fully tested and support independent testing. You will be using your experience with SQL server to create data foxes to system databases for users that are using SQL and creating reports from the system databases using SQL reporting services.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

• Recently graduated with 1 st class or 2.1 degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SQL Server

ITS NICE TO HAVE...

• SSRS
• ITIL
