What will you be doing?


You will utilise your Node / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS to become a key and senior member of the development team.  You will work on a number of key projects for our high end clients.


You'll mentor junior members of our team.



You need to have...

  • 2 or more years of commercial experience as a Developer
  • A high level of proficiency in JavaScript using React
  • A solid understanding and experience using Node and Express (or similar)
  • An understanding of unidirectional data flow in Front End applications
  • Experience with SCSS or other CSS pre-processors
  • Knowledge of Responsive Web Design
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts



It's nice to have...


  • Strong HTML5 and CSS3 hand-coding skills
  • Some knowledge of .NET, or a similar language
  • Experience with task runners (Grunt, Gulp, Webpack)
  • Experience in JavaScript unit testing
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as TeamCity
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience of working with Microservices (and similar RESTful APIs)
