WHERE DO YOU FIT IN?

You will be joining one of the fastest growing teams in the business, who are focused on recruiting for the software development sector across the Midlands. We are working with some of the biggest tech firms in the midlands and after more than doubling the size of the team in 2018, we are looking for someone who can be an integral part to our growth in 2019.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be working alongside a consultant initially to learn the role, where you will learn all aspects of the role, from qualifying candidates, through business development to creating content to drive inbound applications.

You will then graduate to a consultants role where you will be responsible for building out your own vertical patch, which will involve outbound cold calling to clients and candidates to win business that you WANT to work on! You won’t be driven by business the company wants you to work, you will be in charge of what you want to work on!
