WHO ARE WE?

We are a large Software House situated in the heart of Leeds. Our wider development team is made up of around 30 talented individuals located in both UK and overseas offices specialising in the development of an extensive range of products that are sold into the financial services industry. Due to expansion, we are now looking to appoint a PHP Developer with PHP / MySQL / AWS or Azure experience to join our development community – this particular team is made up of 5 (both developers and testers), working as part of the wider technology business. We all work in tight-knit scrum teams. This position would suit a PHP Developer with solid experience behind them - roles like this don't come up all to often within our company so apply today to avoid missing out!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We have a large PHP codebase and a number of exciting projects on the go - you will primarily use your PHP / MySQL / AWS or Azure skills to work on an exciting fraud product and help us as we try to break into the US market. You will work in a small, focused and autonomous teams alongside our talented developers and testers and follow Agile methodologies - so previous experience of these would be highly advantageous! One of the big challenges of this role will involve getting our PHP code up and running on Azure – for this reason previous Azure experience would be another huge advantage, but we’re confident that if you’ve used AWS you’ll be able to adapt pretty quickly!
