You will be required to have experience of Automation Testing / SQL / SSIS / SpecFlow / Cucumber / .NET / Agile / Leadership. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be working within the Data team, both with a small groupers of testers and developers, as well as being very involved at a larger scale with the testing companywide. Your skills in Leadership will be put to test ensuring only high quality products are produced. You will be the Lead tester within three teams, and also you will be heavily involved in leading the test community of 40 or so testers to share knowledge, create standards, and much more. You will be expected to provide rapid feedback to ensure overall productivity. As well as leading, you must be a strong hands on Tester with experience in Automation Testing / SQL / SSIS / SpecFlow / Cucumber / .NET / Agile / Leadership. It is vital you have excellent communication skills, as you will be continually mentoring and coaching your team to ensure necessary standards are met. Therefore it will be down to you to demonstrate best practises and professionalism and also show a genuine passion for testing.
