We are a midsized, Software House, and our flagship software applications are used by the majority of our sector and have won multiple awards since our inception over 20 years ago. We are proud to still be an independently own organisation, and due to the sector we operate in have been lucky to have remain very stable throughout the pandemic, making no redundancies, quite the opposite in fact, we have been growing!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a QA Manager you will be working closely with our talented test team. This is made up of tester at various different experience levels, covering API, Functional and Automation Testing working in according to Agile methodologies, and testing best practises. A big part of your role will be the day to day management of the test team, covering, recruitment, mentoring and training.

Our market leading software is always growing, adapting and changing. So, QA is huge for us! You will ideally have had experience in a SAAS environment. You will be acting as an advocate for testing and agile within the business, so you really do need to have passion for your work.

Although this is a hands off role the vast majority of the time, you will still be required to have up to date knowledge of/ experience with functional, API and Automation testing.

We are currently working in the office for 2 days a week and then home for the remainder of the time

YOU NEED TO HAVE….

• Prior Lead/ Management experience of a Test team
• Experience of implementing and guiding a Test Strategy
• Strong communication and people management skills

IT IS NICE TO HAVE…

• Any Cyber Security knowledge
