What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in commissioning, after-sales service, and customer/distributor training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to elevate their career and forge strong customer relationships.


We're looking for a team player with strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Audio or Broadcast Engineering, or Customer Support within the Broadcast industry
  • System to component-level knowledge of sound, audio, and audio control systems for broadcast applications
  • Handling service enquiries, onsite service, fault correction, upgrades, commissioning, and training for products
  • Familiarity with AoIP technologies and standards such as AES67, Dante, SMPTE-2110
  • Proficiency in networking: IP/TCP/UDP/RTP/RTSP, LAN, and configuration of Switches/Routers (VLAN, ACL, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel worldwide regularly
