WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are looking to add a driven, focused and passionate 1st Line Support professional on site to our client based in Blackburn. You will be able to communicate clearly with stakeholders both via the telephone and face to face. There will be the need to support all technical systems, but training will be given on areas that you need from day one.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Windows Server
  • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Working to company SLA’s

IT’S NICE TO HAVE…..

  • ITIL
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Academics in IT
