Opened since 2020, Origin Palmanova Roof Terrace has established itself as the one of the best drink-led venues in Mallorca. With a capacity of up to 200, the venue is split over 3 terraces with 2 beautifully designed interior spaces and is a popular choice for events and private parties. Well known for its small plates and live music sessions, the main focus is the drinks offer: signature craft cocktails, great local wines and classics served on-point. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Greeting customers and showing them to their table.
• Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean, fully set with attention to detail.
• Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, specials, local suppliers we work with and available items.
• Presenting customers with the menu, explaining, recommending and taking orders.House wines knowledge.
• Checking the quality and presentation of dishes before serving them. - Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Attending tables at a high standard and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Delivering bills and taking payments.
• Handling customer complaints.Strictly adhering to food, sanitary and safety standards as well as managers guidelines and structures.
• Keeping the floor and restrooms clean and tidy during service as well as managing equipment carefully

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience as Wait Staff, Server or in a similar role preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register and using ordering systems.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays in a rotative schedule.
• Spanish and English language is required, other languages are a bonus.
• Flexibility to work morning / evening shifts upon demand.
