By placing technology and their bespoke software solutions at the forefront of employee and patient management, our client has allowed for greater success whilst utilising their applications.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the first point of contact and support, you will be fixing user issues, logging, and escalating to additional members of the support team to ensure the smooth running of our client's software. It is essential in this role to build good lines of communication with clients and customers of the software, efficiently log errors and ensure any issues are escalated within your team to provide a successful outcome. With a flexible hybrid working model and different shift patterns, this is a great opportunity to join their team as an enthusiastic employee, passionate about customer service and building great rapport.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Excellent communication / customer service skills
  • Experience with windows servers / office 365
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Customer service background
  • The ability to be thorough when communicating, logging and ensuring all issues are resolved after contact
  • A desire to work well within a team, complete required tasks and ensure the smooth running of your day-to-day responsibilities

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

  • IT helpdesk / Service support experience
  • Education within the IT sector (apprenticeship or degree level)
