One of these ambitions is to grow our tech team and hire a Data Analyst with SQL / R / Statistics / Data Analysis / Insights to work with customer accounts, market analytics and to support the BI team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

As Data Analyst, you will work closely with our marketing team to optimise communication spend across all channels of the business. This is to ensure that we gain the best return on investment for marketing expenditure. You will work hard to Analyse customer accounts, transactions and demographics, as well as responses to our campaigns. You will also work to build ad-hoc reports to meet our business needs.


There will also be the need for you to work closely with the BI Development team to design and build self-service automated BI Solutions. You will also support the BI team in report requirements generated by the Retentions and Product Team. Also, you will provide Statistical Analysis to identify players that require bespoke targeted campaigns.


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

·         4+ Years Commercial Experience

·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL

·         Excellent experience with R for Statistical Analysis

·         Experience with Data Manipulation

·         Data Analytics

·         Experience providing Insight Analysis

·         Strong Communication skills

·         Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Maths/Statistics/Econometrics


IT’S NICE TO HAVE

·         Experience in Online Consumer Facing Business

·         Stakeholder Engagement
