The Answer Academy

The Answer Academies are unique, exciting programmes that equip ambitious graduates with the most contemporary technical skills and process understanding to join our ‘best in industry’ project teams. 

We run five different Academies every quarter, spanning:

• .NET Development
• Java Development
• Integration Engineering
• Automation Testing
• Project Management

The programmes are run by our supportive digital experts and combines structured training, self-learning and hands-on mentoring. While the focus is on key foundation knowledge and understanding, ongoing skills and aptitude assessment helps graduates prepare for agile project delivery. A challenging, fast-paced project phase towards the end of the programmes makes sure all graduates get a great insight into one of today’s most dynamic and rewarding industries.

CAREER PROGRESSION:

By graduating the Answer Academy, you will be equipped to work as part of a live project. This role will involve working in agile teams to deliver innovative solutions for Answer Digital’s customers. Our Academy graduates often progress at pace after completing these programmes. We have seen one of our graduates progress from ‘Graduate’ to ‘Lead Consultant’ in just 3 years after 3 successive promotions! – And this isn’t an exception!
